Jalebi

Ingredients:-

2 cup plain flour
3 cup sugar
ghee or oil to fry.
food color
water
Elaichi

Method:-

Boil 3 cup water, add plain flour and mix well. Prepare thick batter form it. Keep this better in sunlight or hot place in the house for more than 24 hours. ( To make instant jalebi use yeast packet)

Now, in a frying pan, add ghee/oil and hit.Add food color to the jalebi batter. In a jalebi maker( You can also take a small aluminium pot, and make a small hole on back side) add the batter and make jalebies. Fry until they are little brown. When they are fried put them in to syrup((chasni).

To make syrup:- take 1 cup water and add sugar in it and boil on medium flame. To check whether it is ready or not, take a drop on your thumb and press with finger, if it makes thread, then chasni is ready. Add Elaichi powder in to chasni.
